Are the samples in the pack royalty-free?

All of our Samples are 100% Royalty Free.

Our sample packs include samples that are subject to a royalty-free license.
If you make a hit with them, you owe us nothing! You are therefore allowed to release your tracks containing our samples and presets on all major streaming services.

Please note that this license does not grant the licensee any intellectual property rights to the samples. Therefore, the unauthorized distribution of these samples and
presets is strictly prohibited and violates our license agreement terms.

Are the packs working with my DAW?

All of our Sample Packs come in .wav format, which works with every single DAW including FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Cubase, Reason, etc.

How will I receive my order?

After purchasing any pack from us, you will be pointed to the Thank You page, from where you can download your pack(s).

You will also receive an email with the download link(s), so you can download them anytime.

Whether you place your order from your Mobile Phone or Desktop, you will always be able to download it whenever you can.

What exactly am I ordering?

Jewelsounds sells audio sample packs and MIDI kits.

The files provided are digital and intended for music production purposes. They are compatible with all DAWs.

All files will be in .wav (audio) and .mid (MIDI) format. MIDI is similar to piano sheet music, in that it contains notation that digital instruments can play, but it does not contain any actual audio or sound. Essentially, these products are useful for producing music on a computer.

Does it work for Mac and Pc?

All of our packs work with both MAC and PC.

What is your refund policy?

If the product does not meet your expectations, our customer service team would like to address your concerns and find a solution. We carefully consider all refund requests and evaluate them on a case-by-case basis.
